Cancellations: As we work quickly to process and ship your orders right away, all orders cancelled after 72 hours of receipt will carry a 10% cancellation charge. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after sales order confirmation has been sent.
Claims: Damaged goods must be noted on receiving paperwork and we need to be notified in 5 working days. Damaged goods will be exchanged for identical product and cannot be returned for credit.
Defective material claims must be filed within 30 days of receipt and be supported by photographic proof. Customer assumes full responsibility of all goods when goods are received and signed for by Customer or Agent (including any damage claims).
Returns: Stock items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase only. All returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Custom manufactured goods cannot be returned. All returns and credits must be preauthorized in writing and include a Returned Goods Authorization number. No returned goods will be accepted without authorization and return freight charges must be prepaid by customer. Goods returned for credit must show invoice number. Credits will be issued on returns & applied to future purchases only. It is the customers full responsibility to ship back materials in good shape and without damage.
